The pillars of Antica Foma Prosciuttificio e Salumificio are attention to the product and craftsmanship. The warehouse holds more than 30,000 cured raw hams, coming from four different curing facilities.
The process of selecting, hand-deboning and shipping the boned ham - all completed in a single day - represents the primary service on which the company was founded, which over time has been able to expand and enrich its range of offerings.
Furthermore, the collaboration with the Borsari Group allows us to have direct control over the supply chain at every stage. The raw materials for the pigs' feed come from here: products grown according to the highest quality standards to ensure a healthy diet for the animals.
