This wine obtained from dry and fresh Chardonnay grapes has a straw yellow color with intense yellow reflections. On the nose, it stands out for its floral and intense aroma of white flowers. In the mouth, clear hints of exotic fruit emerge, in particular pineapple, which enrich the taste and aroma.
After pressing through soft pressing, the must ferments in white inside stainless steel barrels, maintaining a controlled temperature of 16-18°C.
The grapes are harvested by hand towards the end of August in the flat area of San Bonifacio.
