Descrizione
This sparkling white wine has a straw yellow color and a fruity, delicate and slightly aromatic aroma. The taste is sweet, soft and lively, with a pleasant degree of acidity that caresses the palate.
The grapes undergo soft pressing followed by fermentation in stainless steel barrels at a controlled temperature of 14–16 °C. Subsequently, the wine is subjected to refermentation in an autoclave for a month in the Montecchia di Crosara area.
