On the hills of Ca' Biasi , the olive tree has always had a place of honour . It was planted on important occasions such as the birth of an heir and in places where cultivation was difficult due to the slope of the land. The varieties of plants used are historical varieties: Frantoio and Pendolino , and more recent ones such as Leccino and Moraiolo .
The olives are harvested manually and immediately afterwards the leaves are separated, to then send everything to the mill of the Pove del Grappa cooperative within a short time.
It is fresh and vegetal on the nose while on the palate it is fluid and flowing and makes delicacy its distinctive feature
