I I Wild Garlic Pesto Del Santo follows the traditional Genoese recipe for Pesto, with the exception of replacing the basil leaves with the aromatic wild garlic leaves . This characteristic gives our pesto a more decisive and spring-like flavour . Orsino Del Santo Garlic Pesto is excellent for seasoning first courses of pasta or risotto, for garnishing bruschetta or filling sandwiches . It can also make fish and meat dishes, thick soups and fresh cheeses tastier and more special.
