Excellent with long pasta and especially with pappardelle , our Ragù all'Anitra Viale also goes perfectly with croutons or as a condiment for polenta . To enhance its aromas and taste, it is recommended to heat it for a few minutes on a low flame with the addition of the cooking water before seasoning our first courses.
