Produced with 100% Refosco red berried grapes, the same ones that populate the suggestive hills of Breganze, the Refosco Rosso del Veneto igt Azienda Agricola Cà Biasi is harvested in the second half of September, followed by about 5 days of pressing and fermentation in special steel tanks, at a controlled temperature between 27° and 32° C.
With an alcohol content of 12.7%, it has an intense red color with slight purple hues. Its scent will win you over , especially if served at the recommended temperature of 18°C: full, warm, imposing with herbaceous and, in some ways, bittering notes.
