This sparkling dry rosé wine stands out for its cherry pink color and harmonious aroma, enriched by hints of red berry fruit such as raspberry, strawberry, blueberry and violet. On the palate, it is lively, fresh and well-structured, with fine and persistent bubbles that enhance the taste.
After destemming, the grapes undergo a short maceration with the skins for 1-2 days inside stainless steel barrels, maintaining a controlled temperature of 20-24°C. Subsequently, the must is subjected to refermentation in an autoclave for about a month.
The harvest takes place exclusively by hand towards mid/late September.
