This wine from dry and young Garganega grapes has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it is characterized by a floral and delicate scent of white flowers. Clear hints of white pulp fruit, such as peach and apple, and exotic fruit, such as pineapple and papaya, emerge on the palate. The flavor is dry and harmonious, with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
After pressing through soft pressing, the must ferments in white inside stainless steel barrels, maintaining a controlled temperature of 16-18°C.
The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand towards mid-September, the vineyard is located in the hilly area of Montecchia di Crosara
