The tapenade of Taggiasca olives with anchovies and capers from the La Baita & Galleano farm can be served as an aperitif or starter spread on good bread . It can also be combined with meat or fish dishes and is also perfect as a condiment for first courses.
The olives come from the centuries-old olive trees that the Baita & Galleano farm grows in the Ligurian hinterland.
