Ligurian datterini tomatoes are produced in the Galeano farm's garden.
They are sweet and carefully selected by hand, washed and cut in half by the La Baita farm. They are then processed with the confit technique and finally jarred in high oleic sunflower oil and extra virgin olive oil.
These confit cherry tomatoes have a fragrant aroma and rich flavor.
They can be paired with white meat dishes, fish or vegetable salads. They can also be accompanied by fresh dairy products or used to season bruschetta. To preserve the opened product, it is recommended to keep it in the refrigerator.
