The Cabernet Breganze Doc of the Cà Biasi farm is made using a blend of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes are subjected to a light withering which gives them a particular aroma and taste. The wine is aged in oak for about 18 months before being bottled.
At sight, this Cabernet Breganze Doc has an intense and deep ruby red colour.
On the nose, the wine is characterized by hints of red fruit, especially cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant. Furthermore, there are also floral notes such as violet, pepper and those typical of barrel aging such as vanilla and leather.
On the palate, the Cabernet is very balanced, round and persistent.
It is perfect in combination with red meats and game.
