Obtained from 100% Chardonnay grapes, it is characterized by the extreme clarity of the straw yellow colour . Son of a typically temperate climate, it brings with it the persistent fruity flavor of the hot Italian summers, but is enriched by a touch of acidity that makes it harmonious and well structured. Its bouquet is composite, with strong fruity notes of apple and pear .
