The wine, therefore, is vinified alone and acquires a considerable alcohol content and an intense and impenetrable ruby ​​red colour. The aromas of Merlot are reminiscent of both red and black berries with particular attention to currants, blueberries, wild strawberries and black cherries. The slightly herbaceous and mentholated notes are also typical.
