Vespaiolo Breganze Doc Cà Biasi Agricultural Company
Vespaiolo Breganze Doc Cà Biasi Agricultural Company
The Vespaiolo Breganze Doc from the Cà Biasi farm, as the name suggests, is produced from Vespaiola di Breganze grapes and for this reason also called bresparolo.
Once the grapes have been carefully selected, they are processed by performing a light pressing and then proceeding with a decantation at 15°C and a long fermentation at 18°C.
Visually it looks like a wine with a bright straw color with the presence of the classic green reflections.
On the nose, fruity fragrances such as yellow apple and pineapple are perceived, enriched by hawthorn and a subtle note of acacia.
A balanced wine with a level of acidity that absorbs the body and releases that sensation of softness that makes it fresh on the palate.
Excellent to accompany fish-based appetizers.
To enjoy it at its best, it is recommended to keep it at a temperature between 10°C and 12°C.
