This dry wine has a ruby red color and intense aromas of red berries and undergrowth, with distinctive notes of violets and roses, accompanied by hints of blackberries and currants. On the palate, it is soft and balanced, with a pleasantly herbaceous aftertaste.
The vineyards are located in the San Bonifacio area, renowned for the Arcole DOC denomination, characterized by a soil of volcanic origin with calcareous-clay components.
After soft pressing, the must ferments together with the skins for about 10 days in stainless steel barrels, maintaining a controlled temperature of 24-25°C.
The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand in early or mid-September.
