Storo Yellow Flour is a historic "Nostrano" corn flour from Storo.
A high quality flour, the corn cobs, harvested in the first cold days of October and then dried by the dry mountain winds, are slowly ground by the Agri '90 cooperative to keep the nutritional principles and aromas intact, so that you can savour a genuine "mountain polenta" .
