The Rosso del Teo wine is produced by the Ca'Biasi farm. The wine is produced from the best bunches of Merlot and Cabernet grape selections.

In order to obtain the enveloping delicate taste that characterizes it, the wine is aged in wooden barrels for a minimum period of 12 months. Therefore, by virtue of its particular and prolonged maturation inside the barrels, it is ideal in combination with important dishes such as, for example, red meats and game. It also lends itself well to the combination with the spit. The wine therefore brings together the best characteristics of Merlot and Cabernet: in fact, it has a decisive note, and a high alcohol content but, at the same time, it is soft on the palate and is able to bring out the notes of berries, typical of Merlot and, at the same time, the balsamic and spicy ones of Cabernet.
